Yoga instruction delivered in the convenience of your location. On site in any room large enough to hold meetings where we could open the space to use floors, walls & folding chairs. This is usually offered at lunch time. I recommend 12 week sessions & suggest for best benefit to individuals, they plan to attend all sessions in the series.

Joy teaches Mindfulness Yoga & Meditation Workshops,and she encourages businesses to offer yoga and meditation workshops and classes as a benefit to employees. Reducing stress and enhance well-being and productivity.
