The commitment to a series of classes is recommended to build skills and gain lasting benefits.

Initial session: 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

Subsequent sessions: 1 or 1 1/2 hours.

One or more sessions each week.

In the nearly ten years of teaching privately, I have been extremely rewarded, by making these practices easily accessible. With individual attention, my students learn more quickly. In an atmosphere of joyful mindful awareness, students are able to discover their own inner light, aligning body, breath, heart and mind. Enhance your ability to flow with life's constant change.
